How fast you’ll hear back

Within one business day for support and feature email. Within the same business day for billing or refund questions — we don’t leave money concerns sitting overnight.

First replies are sometimes triaged by an AI assistant trained on the product’s help docs — useful for the common questions (install help, license recovery, refund process). Anything substantive, anything billing-sensitive, and anything the assistant flags as out-of-scope routes to a human (the developer) before sending. You’ll always be able to tell: assistant replies are short and templated; human replies are not.

Refunds and disputes

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on your most recent charge (one refund per customer per 12 months). The full policy is on the refund policy page. Email support before opening a chargeback — we almost always say yes, and chargebacks cost both of us money.

Press, partnerships, legal

Email support@timebaq.app with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line. Legal notices: same address, “Legal” in the subject. We respond within two business days.

For paper mail (subpoenas, copyright takedowns, the occasional postcard), email support@timebaq.app first and we’ll send the current mailing address.
