By installing the app or buying a subscription you agree to these terms. If something here is a deal-breaker, refund inside 14 days — no argument.
I. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you (an individual purchasing or using TimeBaQ) and TimeBaQ (a sole-proprietor software company). They cover both the desktop application and this marketing site.
II. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run TimeBaQ on the number of machines your tier allows, for your personal job search.
- Free / Starter: one machine.
- Pro: two machines.
- Power: three machines.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key. See acceptable use →
III. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You agree your email and billing details are accurate and that you’ll keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your license key.
IV. Billing & renewals
- Paid plans bill monthly, on the same calendar day as your first invoice, until you cancel.
- Cancellation is in-app, in two clicks. See subscription terms →
- Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy →
- Founder pricing locks the rate you signed up at for as long as you keep the app. Cancelling resets the lock.
- If a payment fails, we’ll retry once and then pause your subscription. The app falls back to free-tier limits until billing resumes.
V. Acceptable use
The full list is on a separate page so it stays maintainable: Acceptable Use Policy →
The short version: use TimeBaQ for your own job search, don’t share keys, don’t go around the per-platform daily caps to get yourself banned from Indeed.
VI. Intellectual property
Our IP. The TimeBaQ name, logo, source code, and all marketing materials are ours. You can’t resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app.
Your IP. Everything you put into TimeBaQ — résumés, cover letters, screening answers, applications — is yours. It lives on your machine. We have no claim over it. We won’t train models on it because we don’t have access to it.
VII. Warranty & disclaimer
TimeBaQ is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that:
- It will get you a job. That part is on you.
- Every platform we target will keep its current form layout forever. When sites change, we ship fixes — but there may be a window where a specific platform is broken.
- CAPTCHA solving will succeed 100% of the time. Anyone who promises 100% on CAPTCHA is lying.
VIII. Liability cap
Our maximum liability to you, for any claim arising out of TimeBaQ, is the amount you’ve paid us in the prior twelve months. If you’ve paid $0 (free tier), our liability cap is $0.
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost opportunities, missed interviews, or rejected applications — to the maximum extent the law allows.
IX. Termination
You can cancel any time. Two clicks in the app. Your local data stays.
We can terminate your license for material breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy — with notice when feasible. Account termination revokes the license-server key; the app falls back to free-tier behavior.
X. Changes to these terms
We’ll email active subscribers at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. If you don’t agree, cancel inside that window for a pro-rated refund — even past the standard 14-day window.
XI. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Disputes that can’t be resolved by email go to small-claims court in that jurisdiction — no class-action waivers, no mandatory arbitration. We think those are bad faith.
TimeBaQ is currently sold to U.S. residents only.
